Should i get splatoon 2?

I like splatoon 3 so im debating getting 2 for the switch, it's only like $45au ($28.75usd) second hand, so i think that's reasonable but also its old so im not sure what support it will have or if it's worth it? Idk what do the little people in my computer think?
