should i go into the university library if its open to the public

so its the last 2 weeks of school and i have alot of work do to. I have finals,essays,missing assiments,ect. I have alot to do clearly. I found a university library that i can go to but im scared they might not let me in. It says its open to the public but i dont know if i should go anyways. I have alot to study for and to work to. This particular library is open to the public and i dont know if i should go. Im in the 7th grade btw!!! i have alot to do. It does say open to the public and anyone is allowed in. Its all nice looking and the reviews look good. I go to libraries alot to study and to get work done. But i dont know if i should go into the university collage tho. Should i go into it or no.
