to be appreciated (2/16)

The true writer's curse is not the never ending draw to write or the dramatics but its the fact you can not be appreciated through others writings. As a writer I've never been a muse, I do not awaken feelings of passion in people. It's such a foreign concept to be observed as a motivation or a reason for positive things such as art, music, film, writing. I think humans should be equal parts a creator of the happiness they hold as well as appreciated through media . It's a shame the writers can not write of themselves in such a loving manner. To do so would make you hardly a writer. To be a writer is to hold an extreme amount of self hatred for yourself but such an overflowing mass of love for anything not related to you. As if you were the only cup in the champagne tower that no liquid had made it into. Oh what a horrible thing to be a writer, that is why I lie to those around me and say I have never been one at all. But they are not blind nor deaf im afraid so they must know. And isn't that just devastating
