Confessions of an Ex Band Kid #2

Throughout this series I will be calling the band director Mr. C or C!! I played flute!!

Context: In the previous part I said I'd ask my mom if I could skip school to see the band match at a festival

My mom said no. The band had a good time (I'm def not secretly jealous). My best friend who also plays the flute got a couple prizes from some games. They were gone almost the entire school day!! Also skz posted that day (but I waited to watch it with her the next day because I'm a good friend like that)!! According to my friends the band did well!! And my friends sent me tons of pictures!! Once a band kid, always a band kid.
