My Favorite Songs of All Time (and you should be listening to them (pls))

posting this to pin on my profile but also to hopefully get more people to listen to them

my #1 favorite song of all time is Starless by King Crimson

it's a long one but soo good the middle part is hard to listen to if you aren't accustomed to prog rock but the fucking ENDING *chefs kiss*

number two is much easier listening - Alison by Slowdive

the story of how i found this band is kinda crazy, basically in this game Team Fortress 2 you can buy items and rename them. so if you had a rocket launcher you could rename it to "nerd killer 9000" and every time you kill someone they will see it. well i bought a cosmetic from someone else that was named after a lyric in one of their songs and while searching for it i finally found slowdive and i've been a fan ever since

number three (this isn't in any particular order besides starless) is Congratulations by MGMT

this was the song i was listening to when i told my girlfriend that i love her for the first time :)

so number four is Holy, holy by Geordie Greep

I LOVE THE NEW SOUND THE ALBUM IS SO FUCKING GOOD plsss listen to it

i found the album by watching a livestream reaction to it and decided to turn off the stream and hear the album for myself. i was blown away, that album is a masterpiece and 1000% deserves a grammy but wasn't even nominated :(
