THE SUBJECTIVITY OF PEOPLE

Recently, i had a very heated argument with someone, let's call him "H", and i noticed that this argument was caused by something he didn't tell me, and that i should had known before taking a big decision about this project me and 40 people are doing. It was a really important step for this project, we did a meeting just to discuss this and when we made the choice, he was present, and didn't say a think.

I've been knowing H for a long time, but it still surprises me how much logic isn't present in his mind, like it seems all of his decisions are made purely on feelings. Everyday i meet him it's always an argument about the most stupidest thing in the world, JUST BECAUSE HE CAN'T UNDERSTAND IT. 

Then, for the good of the project, of course if there is something useful everyone should know, you MUST say it. Never in my life i met a person so "gatekeeping" like him.

I can't take this anymore. SOME PEOPLE JUST CANNOT THINK??????
