Going to Target one last time before the semester's end

Sorry it's been a bit. I've been really sick the last couple of days.

Unfortunately, I don't remember what I wore...

Wednesday was the last lecture for genetics before the big exam. Nothing too exciting.

Chem was more or less the same as well, except I was the only person in my group that actually bothered showing up. This was an issue as part of our grade is group work. I had to bear the grunt of the work, and chemistry is hard.

After class, I went ahead and dropped off the reusable container from Monday all washed and ready to be used again, then took one of my school's shuttles to a shopping center that has a Target.

I didn't really need anything from Target. I just knew that this was going to be my final chance to before the fall semester in late August, as the shuttles don't run past the end of the semester[which is on the 13th.]

I wanted to get myself an end of semester gift, and ended up getting a few other things. My gift was a Tamagotchi Angel that had been rereleased this year. They only had one shell in stock, and it was a pastel yellow with pastel blue in the center, pastel purple "cracks" around the screen, pastel pink stars, "ribbons" and buttons, as well as white wings. IIRC, this shell is called "Angel Party."

I also snagged a Viking Berry Juice Monster[which has an amazing can,] a box of smokey barbecue mac and cheese, a squeezed lemonade cirkul pod, and a bottle of diet dr. pepper[yes I like dr pepper. Sue me.]

As soon as I got home I started to make the mac and cheese. I proceeded to eat the entire box because I had eaten only a bowl of cereal, and that was hours ago. The mac was surprisingly spicy. Not like takis, but spicier than I was expecting. The flavor was smokey and quite tasty, but a bit overpowering. No cap, these tasted almost exactly like the pringles scorchin bbq that was released a few years back. 8/10, pretty tasty.

After lunch[or I guess an early dinner at this point,] I cracked open my tama and immediately hatched it, and gave it the name Chudd Chudders[named after one of the hosts from the show Skatoony. Yes, that's his actual name.] So far Chudd is still alive, is about 4 year old[or 4 days old in our world] and is currently an adult.

I filled up my cirkul bottle with water, and plopped in the new pod I got, and holy dingus was it disguising. I'm a lurker on r/cirkul and its accompanying discord, and I had heard horror stories about the squeeze lemonade line. However, at some point I want to do a ranking video on all of cirkul's flavors[at least the main ones, not the flavorlabs], so I had to try it. I would describe the flavor on lower levels as lemon pledge, and on higher levels as an old lemonhead. This is easily the worst flavor I have tried from them. 2/10 stay far away.

I studied, and downloaded ISOs for the Tamagotchi PC game from 1997, and the game Lemonade Tycoon from 2002. I saw both LGR and Planet Clue both did reviews of Tamagatchi and thought "I want to play this." So I got the ISO from the Internet Archive and plopped it into my Windows 98SE virtual machine, and named my first tama Flerbnerb. Flerbnerb died in his sleep only about two hours later. It just wasn't meant to be... The second tama I hatched was Dingus, who is still alive, but I haven't checked on him in about 2 days.

As for Lemonade Tycoon, this was a game I remember playing on my mom's pc back in the day[pre 2009]. I remembered out of the blue that this game existed and wanted to reexperience it. It's a pretty fun game, albeit I'm not the hugest fan of micromanaging a business.

That's about it for Wednsday.
