my unc wants to buy me a pc but...

my pc suck, it's performance is really bad and my uncs invited me to play cs 2 and stuff, they also realized my pc is bad (i get like 5 fps, i die every match etc.) and my unc wants to buy me a pc, sure thats great

first he ask his pc builder friend abt it, the guy gives him my dream build for a price of 19k (for context; min wage is 22k a month, my unc gets like 90k-150k a month) and asks my dad if they can split (my dad gets abt 60k (he works multiple jobs and retired), getting my dream build for 10k? hell yeah!

but then i think he thought it was to much (cuz he says he got his pc for 10k, years ago (also got a new gpu later)) then he started looking for 10k-15k pcs in second hand market, i don't like that idea very much but whatever, then he and my other unc look for cheap pcs, they find a 13k one and 11k one, 13k is not that great but it's alright for it's price and 11k one? i don't even know what gpu is that tbh

he is going through a messy divorce, he pays lawyers and stuff and it's expensive, ik and i don't wanna sound bratty or like a spoiled brat but since my dad also pays half, i wanna better pc that will still have good performance in like 5 years (i can also add onto it later when i work myself), not something that would be bad after one, ik i should be greatful that he is buying me a pc when he doesn't have to, but i also know that i wouldn't be able to aford a new one so i wanna make this one count, idk if i should voice my complains or not

i told my mom, then my dad (my mom asked me to), my dad says he would ask his pc builder friends abt it since he would pay the half of it (we were gonna ask his friends at the start, but my unc insisted not to so we didn't)

(btw my dream build: rtx 3060, 16 gb ram, 1 tb ssd and other things (motherboard, power supply etc.) doesn't really matter if they are compatible, cs/dvd reader if thats possible)
