The Meat of Indo-Pacific Blue Marlin

This is the meat of Indo-Pacific blue marlin, also known as "tindarung" in my province. This fish is a fish that is quite commonly eaten besides skipjack tuna or "cakalang" in my province, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. How does the tindarung meat taste? Well, it tastes like other fishes.
