Hi it's Jazmine, so I can lift 170-175 depending on the day and so I was wondering if that's a good weight to lift for a 13 year old girl that is in the heavyweight category. I don't know what other people in my area exactly lift because i go to a totally different gym and we have not had a meet in a while. HELP ME ðŸ˜
