the tub has drained
what was once filled with warm water
and colorful bubbles
had disappeared into the sewers
feeling the warmth disappear from each inch of your skin
soon,
everything is cold again
and you're left
mesmerized and yearning for the tub to be full again
and you realize
it won't be for a while until the tub has been filled again.
