Have to go to the day clinic for 3 months...

I went to see my new psychiatrist 2 days ago because my therapy with my therapist is running out and I cant add more sessions for at least six whole months. She says I have too many issues and that she cant treat them all at once. Im currently in treatment for depression and im supposed to get diagnosed with schizophrenia and maybe even autism..so much ik and its super tiring. I was at a ,normal,mental hospital before and it was hell. The day clinic ill have to go to is gonna take me almost a 2 hour bus and train journey and its from 8 to 3 pm so I'm gonna be burnt out from this quicker than a fly fucking dies. I'm super anti social irl so all the interaction is probably sent me to the grave after 2 days. Idk when I'll have to go but I for sure wont mind waiting ages for it. Does anyone have any positive experience from day clinics ....I don't really trust therapists and psychiatrists in general, especially clinic staff left a scar behind icel. Pray 4 me!111111
