i often use things like picsart for merging photos and adding text and phone stuff. Canva for making things and editing and adding things like gifs or whatever and good on computer. I also use this to add glitter like in my page marquee stuff (makes it a gif though) https://www.online-image-editor.com/

finally if you need to just crop like a gif or change a file (webp to jpg, png to jpg, etc) then I use ezgif.com which does more than just gifs!
