soooo i went from black box dye to blonde and at first i went to korea and they got me to a light milk tea giger colour, i got home and abt 2 weeks later rebleached, saw it was pretty daarkk, so i went for round 2 the same day and got to an acceptable blonde still with alot of brass. i then rebleached a week later (today) and my roots went SUPER LIGHT. i thought this would all fix with some toner, turns out the toner made my roots SILVER. please someone tell me a way to fix this :3!!! ASAP!!!!!聽

I am not sure what color you are aiming for but if you want to go like the generic yellowish blonde, you'd have to dye your hair now. When using toner try seeing what you are trying to correct. (I am not implying you don't know this just saying in case!!) If you want to fix the uneven toning, you're going to have to tone everything although maybe steer clear from your roots if you don't want them to be any lighter then they already are. When toning always try to hit the middle and ends first so they sit longer and apply to the roots last. Since roots are quicker to be affected since they are still technically "virgin". I am not sure what type of blonde you are trying to achieve but I am guessing platinum was not your first option haha.
To fix the issue you could try and go for platinum to even it out with the roots. But if you want to go a different, warmer shade I would definitely recommend using a clarifying shampoo, it'll help tone down the silver so it can blend better with a warmer tone. HOWEVER please do not bleach, or well you can do whatever you want of course but just to avoid as much damage as possible and maybe even a chemical burn. Try using warmer toners that are either beige or golden and use a 10 vol developer or a 20 but nothing higher.
And to reach whatever desired color you want if it is on the warmer side, you can either dye or use a color depositing conditioner (some are semi-permanent so be sure to read the label attentively) I hope this helps and that you get the results you wanted. Also idk for you but in my country hair care/dye stores have very nice workers who can give tons of advice and good products to use. So if you aren't very trusting of people on the internet I would definitely recommend asking advice from someone who works in the field even if it's just retail!!
