Question!!

Genuine question, how is it that people who say that if you aren't gonna talk to them when your friends then don't send a friend request? FOLLOW UP QUESTION: How come those people have a lot of friends, and how do they interact with all of them? Sorry if this is wrote kinda weirdly.
