Sleep issues

Does anyone here have sleep issues that seem to go away when they're with their partner? I used to barely be able to fall asleep and I'd dream very rarely, but I've been getting good sleep and having tons of dreams consistently while with her. It's really night and day (that's kind of a pun lol)
