Confessions of an Ex Band Kid #1

Throughout this series I will be calling the band director Mr. C or C!! I played flute!!

I quit band about 1½ months ago. I was experiencing a lot of stress due to the way Mr. C was doing things. He's really nice outside of practice which was what caused most of my struggle deciding. We still talk sometimes whenever I watch the band perform. The band is performing at a festival this Thursday, and I'm gonna ask my mom to let me skip school and take me. I might be joining band again next year, he already said I'm welcome. I'm also supposed to be joining choir next year. (I was supposed to be put in the choir class recently, but they fucked up the schedules). Thanks for reading my yap!! Once a band kid, always a band kid.
