are you kidding me?!?! ive been "accepted" to this job for a whole month and they still dont have a damn schedule for me! i went into training yesterday and i was expecting to FINALLY get something but the owner said they dont have shit!!! like WTF. on top of that he said once i DO get a schedule i'll only have 2 days a week for the first while.. FUCK YOUUUUU. GIVE ME THE GODDAMN WORK!! AUIDFHJK. i made a mistake waiting all this time.. i should have kept searching i am such an idiot.. whatever, im looking now and i applied to a few jobs because this is so ridiculous -_- i swear to god dude

Dude, i'm in a similar situation and I'm thinking about applying somewhere else too (probably Ross)
I turned in my application, I went through the interview, HELL, I even helped one of the employees clean up after some customers that made a huge mess an shit, therefore showing that I am capable of working.
My manager keeps telling me that the place is overstaffed, so I've been bringing more people over to the restaurant, but he STILL won't give me a shift. Not a single call or email, nothing. But of course he can hire on some random lady who looks like she doesn't know the hell she's doing at all because ✨inclusivity! yay...✨/sarc

ugh what the hell is wrong with managers. they clearly have people who are ready to work and have proven they can work. like, why even say youre hiring IF YOURE NOT ACTUALLY GOING TO GIVE PEOPLE WORK. im sorry about your situation that really sucks, especially since then some random got on the team??? like bruh... hopefully it works out for you :( i dont understand the job climate right now at all... its so confusing who qualifies and who does when it SHOULDNT be
