It started off with a simple click of a button on a social media app. I liked his picture. I instantly fell in love with his big ocean eyes. He instantly was attracted to me, so he messaged me. I was 18 years old. I had never dated before, so I was a bit shy at first. But when we met for the very first time, I knew I had to keep him in my life. We were in love.
But eventually he got involved with using drugs. The drugs took over him as the years went on. We had 2 adorable sons together. I was willing to give my all to keep our family together. Fast forward time, he ended up passing away.
I got a call that the love of my life had died. And one week later, I found out I was pregnant of our last baby boy together. I named our last son after him. And now I try to cherish every moment of my life like it’s my last. I try not to hold grudges of anger with those I argue with, because I never know if that will be the last time I see them again.
