How to be occupied with something useful

Please recommend online part-time jobs for young people that is good for someone who studies a difficult degree such as medicine -aka me. If you can put down links for sites as well that would be awesome!! I'm so occupied online to try and ignore life and uni stress , thought it would be better to invest my time online into something more useful and supports me financially somehow.
