I dunno where u gonna put them, but at least on profile editing you usually have to use

for example: < img src= " https://pixelsafari.neocities.org/stamps/more/penis.jpg " />

to paste images on blogs i think there may be an option to add an image via its link, i havent posted any blogs so im unsure but thats how it works for bulletins
