how April went

I'm officialy legally an adult! Not too excited about it but eh, can't stop time from moving. Also yes late blog again I am NOT sorry I am so stressed with bagrut exams.

April was fun! I had a great time :)

On the 3rd and 4th, I went on the scouts passover trip! I had a great time being management staff again, and this year for the last time... Man, I still really haven't accepted it's my last year in scouts </3 It was in the Carmel mountains!! I'm familiar with the region as I was raised right near Haifa, which is built on one of the mountains in the Carmel range. It was pretty to be back and look at the nature near which I was raised :D

On the 12th and 13th I watched the Hermitcraft Gamers For Giving streams! Yes, both. In their entirety. I loved them. Still can't believe they raised over 900k USD overall from the donation and the auction combined. I couldn't support the cause unfortunately as my bank account was unusable, but it was great to see everyone who did!! The donator bridge on the server is so full of names it's heartwarming... And it went for a good cause too- Gaming karts in children's hospitals! I love these guys :) I genuinely can't even choose my favorite event from the streams, and the streams sometime after the event were great too. Hopefully Bdubs can fulfill his promise of being at the 2026 event.

On the 23rd I celebrated my birthday! Unfortunately it fell on my civics state exam... Of course it just had to be the worst subject. Either way, my mom made me orange cake! Yum. Day after was holocaust memorial day, but me and my family still drove south to celebrate.

So the 24th was mostly to get south, but we still stopped at the Alexander river because I wanted to birdwatch- and there do tend to be some interesting birds. I spotted a White-Throated Kingfisher! Pretty cool. Then on the 25th We went to Shivta- A massive byzantine-era town, and part of the incense trade route. It was so pretty- and I love that remains of the ancient decorative carvings remained! There was this really pretty stone in the southern church in I think the baptism room? with a beautiful vase carving and very ornate details remaining- so cool. Some mosaics remained in the northern church, and traces of red paint were still left in all the churches- You could really see a clear arm in the prayer hall of the southern one! After Shivta we returned to our rental for lunch, and went for a walk around the Yerocham park. On the 26th, we went to the colored sands- Of course I had to collect some. After spending a good amount of time walking around and also finding some cool calcite pieces, we went home. Overall, I am very content that this is how I spent my birthday :D It was nice to finally see something I've been wanting to see for a while (Shivta).

Now, Vsynths!

On the 14th, we got all the synthV 2 AI ports for the Medium5 girls. And I bring these up because Chiyu got an upgrade earlier- On the 21st of March. Why? I'm not sure. But as a Chiyu fan, I am not complaining. But nice that they were finally ported.

On the 24th, we gor VOICEPEAk teto!! I mean, It's a TTS voicebank. It's alright. I like the design and that it went with a darker gray.

On the 25th we got Kotonohas on vocaloid! Why are they everywhere. They're cool I like them but good god they're everywhere. the designs are cute, I like them, the sci-fi vibes are everything. And IDK what to tell you, they sound like the Kotonohas. Can't go wrong with that. We also got ROSE and POPY ports but that was bound to happen sooner than later so who cares.

On the 27th, released Natsume Itsuki and Nakuru! Both are synthVs. Nakuru I think is based off of a VTuber? Ok but first of- Her outfit EATS. It's so good. And her voice is great too!! I love that it's not softer and not as deep as other gothic vocals. I like her. Natsume Itsuki is based off of a VTuber of the same name. The design is really cute, and I like the voice. It's absolutely the cutesy style, but I love that it has this cool property to it.

On the 30th, we got Ying Can! She is the first VoiSona vocalist with her native language being Mandarin! Her design is so cute and colorful, I love the teal neons with the cool pink. Her voice is great, I love how vivid it is- really matches her design. Also, her voice is very clear, that's always nice to hear.

And that's it for April! I think I'm ready for whatever May brings :) Seeya!
