now that all race results are official from miami, apparently yellow flags are now...optional? so bizarre. we'll see if this comes up again in a future race.

if only the FIA had permenant stewards instead of a bunc of part-timers.. (sigh..)
seriously tho, is it that hard to be consistent with other races not even a month or two ago?
