on being 22

been thinking a lot lately about my age in general and comparing my life to others even though i shouldn't. 

it's so weird to me that i'm the same age as my mom when she had me and i barely have my life together ... like a girl can only do so much.

and looking at everyone who i started college with and seeing that they're either in grad school or having jobs already when it's taking me almost 6 years just to finish undergrad. just have to remind myself that i'm not on a timeline and having to work full time while doing school is really hard!!! it really helps me to look at the older people in my classes though and realize that everyone is just going at their own pace and doing their best.

still i can't help but feel like i'm behind everyone else but i am going to get there no matter what it takes!! i'm coming to terms with the fact that in your 20s you're still so young and you have so much time to figure everything out.
