HOW DO I REMOVE MY PIERCING BUMPP

So I have this two vertical helix for almost a month now. The first one is fine but the second one is forming a small bump and  i really want to get rid of it before it becomes bigger/worse. It's not like it's painful (but my ear slightly itchy, i dont scratch it dw). Any tips???
