So I want to start dressing more scene and emo but I don't know where to get stuff. I want to avoid fast fashion, and stores that cost alot. Unfortunately I can't cut my hair or do make up eother. But everything else is good and advice would be very much appreciated!

I used to dress emo back in the day with mostly hand me downs and whatever I could afford from charity shops. You pretty much just want skinny/straight cut jeans, fitted tshirts (especially in dark colours or with emo designs), and some kind of layering piece over the top like a hoodie/denim jacket/flannel. Accessories like beanies, beaded bracelets, and chokers can help sell the look. For shoes converse or vans are classic (especially if you've customised them yourself in some way) but you can't go wrong with boots either.

i'm not scene or emo but i think you can thrift a lot of the clothes! you can also diy pretty much anything or maybe ask your parents for their old clothes if they still have them! looking for smaller businesses around your area can also help
