Artifical Intelligence is Becoming Litteral *Artifical* Intelligence

I feel like I'm a proponent for free thinking, right? Everyone should think for themselves, and if not, soak in opinions freely. I feel like that modern society is losing this ability of free thinking. Soon, with it, societal free will. Among short-form content, algorithms and AI, I feel like AI has been taking co-opting our ability to think for ourselves.

We rely on it to write for us, we rely on it to brainstorm for us, we rely on it to make images for us. It's prevalent in schools, people are making AI write their essays and homework, and it's making us dumber and dumber. It's showing in the younger generations, and while I think there's many great minds to be found in this next generation, I think the majority of this next generation is not going to be able to brave the life after school.

I think there will come a dystopian time, where AI thinks for us, and where humanity instead of having free will, their will is in someway, dictated by AI. Maybe, I just don't have hope for all of humanity, but that's just what I think.
