Traveling during Spring break? More likely than you'd think...

Hello again!

Sorry for not making any updates for the past uhhh... 11 days but I've been quite busy in that time. Better get used to these "infrequent posts", because I just don't feel like making a blog post for every single little thing that happens. But hey look on the bright side, at least you'll have a bit more stuff to read through whenever I actually upload! Speaking of, there's been quite a bit of stuff happening as of late.

School's been going alright, although I barely passed my math classes with a grade of 2, but that's alright, my math grades have been worse in the past. There was some event about different countries and all the classes had to represent a given country, run a stand about it etc. I was the only person who actually wanted to join in on running the stand (probably because the event took place right before Easter break). I only really wanted to join to test my cooking skills by making some dishes from another country. We ended up getting Portugal, so I baked a cake stuffed with Dulce de Leche and made some Empanadas. I think the public's reception was good, because I overheard multiple people saying it was the best food at the event :D. You know the funny thing about this event is that even though I was only supposed to be the cook, I ended up running the stand due to most of the folks who were assigned to that position ended up dilly dallying somewhere. Even had to star in a tiktok promoting the event while knowing jack shit about the country I was representing (I did like 5 minutes of research after they told me they needed me in there).

Speaking of being in videos, I was also in an ad for my school that's meant to promote the advertisement course. I took one of the leading roles 'cause I thought it'd be fun. Probably made myself look like a damn idiot for the whole city to see but ehhh I don't really care. It's probably gonna go up in August or sometime around then.

Now as to the post's title, I've been doing a little bit of traveling as of late, and by that I mean today lol. I went to a viewpoint on the German side of Usedom island. Going up to a place so high was really refreshing, the air quality was noticeably better than back home. The view was also quite nice, you could see a whole lot of the Baltic Sea. The surrounding forests also look really vibrant at this time of year. After that I also headed to a little field in the town of Lubin. You might be wondering why I'd go to a random place like that, and so did I when my parents stuffed me in the boiling hot car for 2 hours but let me tell you it was absolutely worth it. The view was amazing. The skyline was nice and clear the whole area was surrounded by foliage and there were some funny looking islands in the distance. I know that just describing it doesn't do it justice, so I've put some photos of it (and the usedom place) below:
