my cd collection has to be my most prized possession and it's a shame i haven't even showed it yet here. so err there is it :3

my car seat headrest cds, obviously. im always flabbergasted i have them. im pretty sure i have all the cds that came out in physical edition??? the twin fantasy cd i have (1) is a double cd with both mirror to mirror and face to face. i remember how once i wanted to show a friend if the store i got it in still had it, but instead i found teens of denial and make the door less open???? unbelievable. the scholars is my most recent addition, i waited outside the store when it opened the day the album it was released to buy it lol, i love it soo much.
my radiohead cds, because i cant be a real boyfailure without radiohead cds. the first time i ever listened to kid a was on cd while reading goodnight punpun and boy i cried. also i bought it to conceal teamin guilty out of shame
GLASS ANIMALS probably the band i've been listening to for the longest and still do. probably my most 'basic' taste but i have such a deep connection to those albums. i kept listening to ilysf*m this summer when it came out and was on beach holidays with my friends and it was such an experience waoh that was really the album of my summer.
1. RED ARMY CHOIR LMAO one of my friends gave it to me because his ex-tankie sister didn't want it anymore. it's such a beautiful compilation tho, i love the dark eyes so much. i may have already cried to this album.
2. bought the album because i had seen the cover a couple of time, didn't disappoint.
3. the cranberries. im such a poser im so sorry i havent listened to this album yet i just loved the yellow casing so much.
4. BRAT. what more can i say? brat summer has gotten to me, and it's a neat album.
1. mitski!! not much to say, i really like that album. it just feels weird to me that this is the only mitski album available at that big store i got the csh cds as well, because i feel like mitski is much more well known than csh. idk
2. my emo side. the first cd i bought for myself as well. i remember asking for the cd to store employees and i was surrounded by two millennials who were glancing at my wolf rahh hoodie and smirking while a third younger employee was asking what mcr was.
1. i haven't listened much of talking heads but i love that one. a shame that there isnt 'sugar on my tongue' that is my favourite talking head song on this edition. im basic and love psycho killer tho so it's all good. 2. i looove system of a down. im a pretty casual listener but i think if i listened to them just a tiny bit more i'd become obsessed.
3. because all good boyfailures need a smiths album as well.
4. not a big nirvana fan but i love that album. really love how the cd looks as well.
sighhhh my kpop collection....... you have all the rights to throw rocks at me.
1. TOZ - my new friends. they're quite a new band and all the members are japanese but it's still kpop. it's nice and pleasing to listen to, very different to what i usually do but it's nice.
okay i fully bought it because there's the members actual signatures on it despite having never listened to the album before.
2. Guilty - The 4th Mini Album by TAEMIN. i genuinely enjoy that ep so much. it was my first kpop purchase and i was borderline having a panic attack in the store out of shame so i bought kid a as a pitiful attempt to hide taemin's face. some biggass poster of taemin seductively licking a lolipop was included and it's now right next to my toilets and all my guests hate it.
my cassettes!! all goth for some reasons??
1. from a goth singer that played at a local bar i was at. i also got a sticker and a pin from him.
2. a compilation my mom made in the 80s of siouxsie and the banshees and nina hagen songs. theres jazz to fill the tape too. she gave it to me and i think it's such a cool piece to have.
annnd alas my cd player. it was my moms a long time ago and she gave it to me. you can also see a bit of my monster can collection and my hatsune miku poster.

yayy that's all for now but i'm eyeing lots of cds on discogs and since for now all my cds are physically bought it person, purchasing some online means more choices, so hopefully my collection might grow soon. i'm mainly looking for visual kei and chemlab rn
