welcomed

hello my new blog account... you join the many i have signed up for. last month it was dreamwidth (which i hope to keep updating, too) and i still have not found my perfect website. i think i want a website that feels easy and convenient enough to me that i want to update it regularly. updating it isnt the problem, but wanting to update it is something else entirely. we'll see once the novelty sheds off. i think it relates to having many journals to keep track of different things in each journal. i update 2 (tumblr) blogs regularly for my 2 main interests right now (kpop and vtubers). my dreamwidth serves as an online archival diary and i have a coral notebook with stickers on it for my deepest darkest secrets, as well as my general neocities random article pages, for any cloud that catches my eye.

since im here id say ive been thinking a lot about summer and cds recently! i finally got a cd shelf-case-organizer for my growing collection that im super excited to organize :) ive got colorful jewel cases arriving soon for my cds that didnt arrive in their own (cough cough kpop releases cough cough) and ill absolutely be posting those display photos *somewhere* lol... im thinking ill get a cd and put it in its assigned color case and put the album included sticker on the case and jump around and say squeee a lot before placing it in the shelf and taking photos. this thought alone has worked like bug spray against my own depression. that and summer. speaking of cds... ive been wanting to collect dvds too. dangerous i know (im already collecting enough arent i) but thats the #lifestyle. i feel its another way to express my personality and tastes in the flesh and not 100% online. so i feel its not unnecessary to collect things like these (anything, really). ill read you off my wishlist... if im going to buy any dvd first it would be the simple life. at least s1 and s2 for now. and jersey shore s1 and s2, my 2 summer reality shows that work harder at fighting my depression than whatever chemicals in my brain. my favorite movie of all time princess and the frog. you cant go wrong with that, ever... a dvd to compliment my tiana hair brush, mini figurine and plushie :) other than those ~5 purchases... some of the rest of my favorites. i went through my letterboxd to search for them. i forgot i never logged my watching of "a minecraft movie." do they even do dvds anymore? its not one of my favorites, most of mine are atleast before 2010, id assume theyve died since 2020, so its not a super worry right now. i believe thats all for now. ill continue finishing up these college courses and make it to summer 2025. if all goes to plan, ill be back home, and get a job this year...
