Quite literally what I mean.
Idk everything on tiktok, Twitter etc is so overstimulating and rotted iykwim! Here it's so calm and quiet and there's not too much brainrotted stuff, it's more like actually funny stuff if u find the right blogs to read instead of having my eyes and ears get violated by whatever is happening on tiktok??? Also I haven't met any of those cruel people like they have on tiktok on here. They probs lurk here but not as obvious and annoying. This safe genuinely feels safe!

They should let you turn the algorithms off or let you make them less addictive. I have extensions on youtube on my pc that turn off the recommended videos which is nice. Also what type of people are you talking about on tiktok if you don't mind me asking? Because I have never used the app and idk what is going on there.
Those super mean and rage baiting ones mostly! The amount of pedophilia, Sexism, homophobia and transphobia and straight up RAPE THREATS I have seen is insane on there. It's overall so fucking negative

That's wild. I feel like I heard a few years ago that TikTok live or some other popular sites live section had an issue illegal content or gore videos or something. And I have heard that there allegedly are pedophiles and minors looking to get with older people on TikTok, which is sickening. But the rape threats is something I didn't know was a problem. I think apps like TikTok and Discord have a very small portion of their user bases who are some of the most sick people in society, doing abhorrent things. But I will say that spacehey is very good with their moderation. Because if a post is reported with a valid reason it will likely be gone in a matter of seconds. Which is amazing for such a small site, the mods are very good at keeping the community safe I think on this site.
