My journey

Hey everybody. I messed up today, I had so much food. and it wasn't healthy either. In my mind if I tell you all what it was that I ate and am truthful then I'll want to eat less/healthier. So, I'll tell you what I had, and man do I feel like pig. I hand 3 slices of pizza. one ow with was pretty small but counts. Then later on procreated to eat a vegie burger with a milkshake. I'm so disappointed with myself. I always say I'm going to eat healthy the proceed to binge. I hate myself So much. Why can't I stop. Tomorrow my goal is to ear NOTHING and on Saturday the most I'm allowed to have will be a handful of grapes.
