Strange Girl who is definitely a bully >:O

Idk what else to title this. At the start of the month I switched schools and it's been great because I like it way better then my old school but there's this one girl who has just been like, I want to say bullying but idk, but she'll come over to my table at lunch and I sometimes put glitter all over my face and I'll admit, it's very flashy and dramatic and strange and she'll ask about it and comment on it but not in a curious way but in a way where she's just insulting me, I can't think of something specific shes said but it's just weird. She's definitely a bully but she hasn't done anything major to me, just my friends. I don't have many things she's done to me because I just transferred except for the occasional insulting names she's called me in the halls. This has just been on my mind and writing helps most times.
