How tf did i get blocked by someone already

I was scrolling through Browse and i saw this pfp that it thought was weird and tried to click onto their profile. Low and behold, IM BLOCKED!!!! I've only been here for like a day and im already blocked by someone?! that i didn't even know!?!?!?!?!
