Spellbook: Good Health & Recovery after a Surgery

This was a spell I did for my friend who is going into surgery tomorrow! They wanted me to send them some positive vibes for her treatment. Health and speedy recovery was what they requested! 

 (PLS NOTE: Pls don't do this spell on your own and be extra careful around fire. I don't want to cause any house fires with this post if you try this! If a fire does go out of control, pls pls pls be careful!! And for goodness sake, don't do this spell in your bedroom. Try it outside. Besides, this post is mostly for my own catalogue) 

 In this spell I used:

 - A black candle (I would've used green but I used black for protection and banishing negativity instead) 

 - Cinnamon (Health) 

 - Rosemary (Healing) 

 - Lavender (Calm, gentle recovery & health) 

 - Ground coffee (For speed) 

 - Black salt (Protection) 

 - Rosemary oil 

 - A sigil on paper and cut out (You can find sigils online but I recommend making your own. The intention is important. Theres plenty of ways to make a sigil. I'll put one way right here.)

 Create your sigil and focus your intent on it. 

Imagine good health, your body fighting illness, healing wounds, bones mending together. 

 Tie it around the candle 

 Take all the herbs and mix them in a small dish 

 Coat your candle in rosemary oil Use the herb mix to dress your candle 

 Take your candle and place it in the middle of a second dish (Stick it down by melting the bottom) 

 Create a salt circle around your candle in the dish, focusing on protection. ("Protection for this spell, I say. I banish evil, take it away. My good intention shall be heard, so mote it be, that is my word.") - You can make up your own, but this one is what I made for myself :) 

 Use whatever remaining herbs you have to be sprinkled around the candle. Waste not what not. 

 Light your candle and really focus your intention on health. "Healthy soon you are to be, I call for speedy recovery. (Persons name) your body will mend, protected by this spell I send." 

 Let it burn to the bottom and you're done!

 (Again pls be careful when using fire. The candle is coated in super flammable stuff. Don't be silly and be cautious with your craft! If you need to put it out, use a damp towel and cover it, or blow it out.)
