Low Cal Recipes

Tired of not finding yummy food that's also low in calories? Don’t worry, here are some super delicious recipes you can try ❤❤

Low Cal Brownie (approx. 95 cal)
Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon hot water

  • A bit of baking powder

Instructions:
Mix the cocoa, baking powder, sweetener, and egg. Then slowly add the hot water and stir quickly.
Pour everything into a mug and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 10–15 minutes.

Stuffed Tomatoes (approx. 33 cal)
Ingredients:

  • Half a tomato

  • 1 slice of light mozzarella

  • Garlic

  • Oregano, salt, and pepper

Instructions:
Sprinkle some salt over the tomato. Chop the garlic and place it on top of the tomato, then add the slice of cheese.
Add a bit of oregano over the cheese and bake at 200°C (392°F) for 10–15 minutes.

Muffins 

(200 cal for the whole recipe, 72 cal per muffin)

Ingredients:

  • 45g oat flour

  • 5g sweetener

  • 5g baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 egg whites

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce

  • 1 carrot

  • 1/2 apple

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 176°C (350°F). In a small bowl, mix the oat flour, sweetener, and baking powder.
Add the egg whites and applesauce and mix until combined. Grate the carrot and apple, then add them to the batter.
Spoon the batter into muffin molds and bake for 15–20 minutes.
