"first" blog post (html ramble)

not sure if this should go into blogging or html or whatever, but i figured it should be more of a blog since it's about my personal opinions rather than anything like groundbreaking or anything new.

i'd love to have a neocities site of my own, somewhere to store all of the blinkies and stamps i find... only issue is that i struggle a lot with viewing html :( it gets complicated very quickly for me, to the point i just drop it and never return
i did the tutorial for a bit, actually i found it a lot more helpful than anything else that tried to teach me. though when it stopped, i stopped messing around on it as well. i'd like to mess around with it again, but really the only way i've been able to learn well enough is by looking at other peoples' codes and trying to replicate it... which doesn't really help when i'm close to giving up and it breaks for whatever reason.

i do truly love html + css, i find it so interesting!! but it's unfortunately something that... well... i'd get out of hand with real quick. i already cluttered my strawpage to the brim because of the layering soooo i'm kind of scared the same thing would happen to my neocities if i figured out how to do it

i'll figure it out one day i think, just gotta give it time and try to return to it :P though that's my nonsensical rambling, i'm not very good at expressing things i think or feel
