Bored yapping abt Dandy's Wrld

Okok so first off, I NEED Bassie research. I haven't had time to play very often bc I'm usually tired after school and immediately knock out after I clean. But I'ma try and play later tonight.

Also I thing the new Easter update is cute and kinda wanna talk abt the lore a little bit. Starting with the beef between Bassie and Cocoa bc like ppl jus be thinking that Bassie in an asshole without knowing the whole storyyy. 

In the secret room of the new Easter map where you only see the words "Get her" written along the walls you can also see a note abt Bassie on the table near the further wall that talks abt how they need to find a new toon to replace her as a main character because she isn't independent enough and depends too much on other toons and people to do things and support her. And also, if you look around the maps, you can see plushies that are made ONLY for the main character toons. So ppl may be led to wonder "Why is Cocoa and Bassie the only Easter toons that have a plushie made for them?" or better yet "Why is Cocoa the only non-main toon who has a plushie made for her?". This is bc the toon handlers were planning on replacing Bassie with Cocoa bc of how much more independent and better she was with the children and fans. Cocoa didn't know abt this, but its assumed that Bassie overheard a conversation or happened to find one of the letters written abt her. 

This sums up the reason why Cocoa sees Bassie as a best friend while Bassie is rude and ignorant towards Cocoa. Bc shes jealous of how much better they saw Cocoa to be. So tbh thats a reasonable crash out.

Which reminds me of another misunderstood character who's hated on without context. Dandy! All I ever hear is abt how its all dandy's fault and he's the bad guy and blah blah blah. But the whole story behind it is that there was some fatal accident that I wont get too much into detail abt which caused gardenveiw to close down permanently. Dandy didn't like this bc he really did enjoy the attention and children and fans that would fill Gardenview everyday. So when it closed down it also took away the fame, fans, and attention that all the toons had. 

Now after it closed down I'm not sure what happened to the original toons or why Dandy felt like he needed to create new ones, qwel needs to post a video explaining the whole official lore, but for now this is all I have. Dandy thought that if he brought back all toons then the fans and fame would also come back along with the reopening of gardenview. 

Something you also may not know is the history behind the ichor, its used as currency but its also what is used to create the toons and is defined as "the blood that flows through the veins of the gods" from the Greek definition. 

So when dandy was attempting to recreate all the toons, he wasn't with the handlers bc they had abandoned the place (Or other accusations is they died in the ichor experiments). Dandy didn't know how to bring them back properly and didn't use the right measurements which led him to use way too much, causing the toons to turn twisted. And the reason Dandy can turn from twisted to normal is bc he could have built a resistance towards it. Or my personal theory is that he tried to recreate himself and purposefully overcame it with ichor so that he had the lethal power to control the remaining toons with it, meaning that the twisted dandy is just a clone. 

My final explanation is going to be about the tapes that you collect throughout the floors on your runs, simply bc its the easiest thing to theorize. While Dandy is trying to rehabilitate the toons, he's also trying to recover the show so he's able to remember his friends personalities and looks to attempt to keep on making episodes. Which is why he gets so frustrated and assumes ur hording the tapes to yourself when you don't buy anything from his shop. 

I could keep on yapping but class is almost over. Therefore, Dandy and Bassie are 2 of the most misunderstood toons in the game. If you want to add something or correct me on lore if you think I summarized it wrong then feel free to tell me. Even if you have another theory.
