One of the aliases of Lebanese-American musician Mackenzie Chami (of Koufar and Crown of Cerberus fame) a man who is unflinching in the themes surrounding race, nationality and bigotry across all his projects. This tape is a series of seven coldly inhuman, glitching, glacially-paced soundscapes. It's like the warning/mating calls of a ghostly extraplanar ogre crawling on all fours through solid matter, eating light and exuding contempt.

Well this is just lovely! :3 I sometimes lack the proper vocabulary or experience to adequately describe more upbeat and positive albums like this, being the massive sad edgelord I am. To my ignorant ears it'd be the perfect soundtrack to a romantic anime hand-drawn by Tam Ochiai.

Genre: Hip-Hop/Neo-Soul

Standout track: Find Me Pt. III

Dreamy and deep hip-hop subtly drawing inspiration from melodic R&B, mallsoft and electro-acoustic jazz. There is something pleasantly serene and unfussed about his vocal delivery that reminds me of MF Doom. If you liked that Def Sound album I featured in TRR #15 I'll bet my bottom dollar you'll like this smooth and soulful script too.
