The Girl Who Fell Beneath the Sea - Axie Oh

What to Expect: Expect a story that will transport you into a different world full of fantastic mythology and beautiful imagery. This book will be your new favorite book if you read for escapism. 

My Thoughts: This has become my new favorite book, so needless to say I loved it so much. I initially found this book in a reddit post titled "studio ghibli/escapist vibe books" I'm pretty sure. At least it was something along the lines of that. I didn't expect it to be so true to that!! I started reading and felt myself falling asleep, but the further I got, the more this book was in my thoughts when I wasn't reading. I didn't think I'd enjoy it at all at first because this isn't my normal kind of read, but I really really really did!! I think you will too.

Vibes: It's like the movie spirited away basically but as a book. It's studio ghibli!! The whole book is just a studio ghibli movie! 

Level: The reading level itself is very casual and easy to read. Almost like middle school reading level but with a very very good plot. There is no spice or anything like that and the romance isn't at the very center of the plot surprisingly. I would read this if you like tiny details and spend a lot of time reading.
