Isnt my death only once in my life ?
Why should it not be sealed with my martyrdom ?

What a great victory, for the ones who attained martyrdom truthfully
their sins are erased at the first drop of blood
and like flowers, their wounds emanate the sweet smell of musc
their souls will live as green birds under the throne of their Lord
and they will intercede for their close one if they are detained
in the grave they will not be questionned nor supressed

They wish if only they had felt more pain
when they see these generous rewards spread out
and when God calls and says "ask them"
what they desire so that they are honored and rewarded
they say : we want to go back to the world so that
we attain martyrdom and repeat

Never think of those martyred in the cause of Allah as dead. In fact, they are alive with their Lord

take my blood as ink
and my skin as a notebook
and write in it "eternal life"
