Do you guys also just feel bad?
Making friends here was great and I got requests often, but people will add me then one day just disappear! 😭
I don't know if it's mental health issues or just forgetting about the app/site, but sometimes i'lll give the benefit of the doubt and double text
If I see they're still coming online or haven't been online for weeks or a month they gotta go 🥲 ESPECIALLY if they barely established a bond with me ( I got patience for my friends that have talked to me alot, trust)
But if they're online and just straight up ignoring me, literally fck you?? 😭
I hope over summer people get more consistent here, I really just want people that use the app as often as I do

I’ve done that a few times and it was always because of my mental health issues…my mental health was so bad that I didn’t even have the energy to “feel bad” nor did I have the energy to deal with people.
Perhaps after talking for a while they decided they don’t vibe enough w/ u to continue the friendship…which might be painful but that’s better than pretending to like you & being a fake friend yk?
Also getting banned from SpaceHey is one possibility.
Regardless you can’t control what people do so it’s best not to take it personally, when it happens to me I wish them the best and move on with my life.
yeahh i'm less offended by it now since i've met newer people and ONE of the situations that sparked the blog inspo was a misunderstanding haha, but moving on is definitely the best route

yeah, I hate that people friend collect on here...like just add people you think are cool. you don't need 400 friends just because you can and the never talk to them. makes no sense fr
Yeahh, that's so 2000's myspace social status stuff, it was so toxic. I'm sure it isn't anymore because this site isn't huge but it's still annoying

I feel like a lot of people on this site just spam add others so that the funny friends number goes up
Yeah that's why I don't just accept anyone, my dms are open for all so adding me isn't required to talk. But it's like no one reads profiles? Mines explicitly says to dm me first
I don't trust friend collectors, my friends list is low asf compared to most and i've been here a few months
