⚓ My SpaceHey Setup: Aesthetic Choices & Inspirations

I wanted my profile to feel like it could exist in a forgotten tab from 2006 — but with a pirate flag waving in the background and Shanks watching silently in the corner.

Here’s a breakdown of the choices I made and why:

🎨 Font & Vibe

I’m using New Rocker from Google Fonts — it gives everything that messy, rebellious MySpace-era energy but still feels legible. It's grunge meets crew loyalty.

🖼️ Background

I went full nostalgia-hellfire with a looping gif from imgflip that burns in the background. Because static images are for marines.

🦴 Transparent Boxes

Most containers have a rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.4) background — like shadows on a night sea. I wanted that old-school layered glassy feel without killing readability.

💀 Cursor

Custom One Piece cursor. Because if your pointer isn’t a sword, you’re not really browsing.

🌊 Signature Section

My signature uses the Jolly Roger + quote from Shanks after Marineford:

“It’s okay to cry, but you have to move on.”

That quote ties everything together. Emotion. Strength. Pirate dignity.

🎵 Background Video (Hidden)

I embedded a YouTube Video of Shanks from his famous scene shortly at the End of Wano where he claims to Benn that it's indeed time to claim the One Piece!
