I sometimes see the future in my dreams

These are my personal experiences.

1) Dream of my future boyfriend 
I used to watch a lot of tarot readings back in 2022. One of the readings said that I would see my soulmate in a dream. About a month later, I had a dream where I was very close to a guy and spending time with him. In January 2023, I met my boyfriend (he looks exactly like the guy from my dream). We've been together for two years now.

2) Pregnant Neighbor and neighbor's death
I once had a dream about my neighbors holding a baby, literally the next day my mom told me she's pregnant. 
I saw a bike accident in my dream and the faceless guy passed away. Few days later one of my neighbor got into an accident and he passed away days later in the hospital. 

3) My close friend's death
This one wasn’t very specific, but it stuck with me. I had a dream about my entire friend group. The weather was gloomy, and as the dream went on, their faces shifted, they all looked terrified and deeply sad. When I woke up, the first thought that crossed my mind was “Why did I see everyone except that one friend?” The next day, I got the news, that friend had passed away.
