The line up was:
Friday: 8 free.
Sat morning: 2 fly, 1 bk, and 4 fr.
Sat evening: 2 fly, 1 bk, and 4 fr.
Sun morning: 2 fr, 2 bk, and 4 im.
Sun evening: 2 bk, and 4 im. (didn't qualify for the 2 fr :(( ).
my 8 free was mid, we have been doing higher intensity practices and we didn't taper so I wasn't expecting something super awesome. just tried to stay positive and going into that swim I didn't want a single moment to be easy or settled into my pace so I just sprinted the whole thing.
My 2 fly was pretty good, I got another us opens cut for it, I felt super strong.
My 1 bk was good as well, I dropped a full second lol and the next day my 2 bk split was faster.
My 4 free was meh.
My 2 fr was good for me but I don't have it as one of my events (its one of my worst events) so I didn't make it back for finals (it was A and B finals no C).
My 2 bk was pretty good, it was back to back with the 4 IM so I was a bit worried but I always do better with back to back stuff so both my 2 bk and 4 IM ended up pretty good.
