a mini tour of my 3DS LL .ᐟ
i bought this from fb marketplace for $170 (yes i know lol). it's a monster hunter 4 variant that afaik, was only released in japan. it was brand new, came with the box but not the game (lol the seller just wanted the game that was included but didn't need the console)
the funny thing abt it was, i originally messaged the guy about a different 3DS but he offered me this. i was initially put off by the price but i really did like the cats on the faceplate. besides, the first console was already sold lmao
ofc i wanted to add stickers and stuff to it (yes its inside the clear case cause i don't want it falling off, besides i have no plans of ever selling it anyways)
while decorating, i remembered i had this photocard of my fave kpop boy band and decided that it'd look good with the overall look of my 3ds :3 !! i also made sure to put inside a pc holder ofc

i had a blast just personalizing it! also yes, i love the color green. most of the stickers i put were a little translucent so im glad the console i got was white
this keychain was made and given to me by my little sister! it's made of air-drying clay :3 !
i had sm fun choosing the themes and decided on this toro inoue one <3 i love the song that came with it too! so far, i've been playing a lot of The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, Rhythm Heaven and Tomodachi Life. i'm also playing a bunch of NDS games (yes its modded).
this isn't my first DS. my sister and i used to share one DSL and we've always wanted a 3DS. its funny now tho cause the 3D feature just hurts my head lol. Our youngest never got to really experience playing with handhelds, so when i got to buy my 3DS- i gave her the old one! (she fell in love w/ it lol, she's also customized it)

Your 3DS is sooooooo adorable!!! I recently bought a DSI myself and there's a surprisingly large amount of game cartridges still available for them <3
thank u sm!! and yea, isnt that cool (annd convenient lol) ill be buying some game cartridges too! its nice to just have physical media of the games :3

im such a snob about pixel ratios on old handhelds so I have a dsi and gba too just to play the old games even tho theyre totally backwards compatible xD
I wouldn't mind getting a white dsi or doing another shell swap on my gba it needs a new screen anyways...
