wtf is happening with my body

Idgaf what i should or shouldnt do on antidepressants, but i think im starting to feel the consequences of it, couse ive been taking them for half a year, and just for a while im struggling with terrible insomia, i get random nose bleeds, i havent got my period for like 2 months, my brain is slow af and im sooo tired all the time. pls tell me i aint gonna die in 3 days, and its normal couse im freaking out
