whenever i run some programs it tells me "a device attached to the system is not functioning" and im SO DAMN TIRED OF IT it WON'T tell me what its missing i DON'T know what is causing it and its SUCH A PAIN IN THE ASS if anyone can tell me what it is or help me deside to factory resert or not that would be great
Should i factory reset my pc?

Check Device Manager and see if a device has errors. There may be a ⚠️ icon before the name.
well its not a hardware issue somehow its a software issue i discovered it when i went to uninstall revert8plus and it gave me that error
