Heres a list of some "messed up" movies I've seen and enjoyed :P
Climax (Gaspar Noe) - kinda confusing and the beginning dragged on a bit too long imo but it gets intense and felt like a fever dream
Crank (Brian Taylor, Mark Neveldine) - so stupid and a good laugh, some nasty and graphic scenes but nothing too bad it was a fun watch for me
Bad Boy Bubby (Rolf de Heer) - beginning is very hard to watch and the cat is real :( made me very sad but it was put down humanely at least. It's very silly later into the movie and has a great redemption arc
Desperate Living (John Waters) - I don't even know how to describe this movie, it's insane just watch it if you wanna know
Martyrs (Pascal Laugier) - Lots of torture and gore with a seemingly simple plot but also surprising somehow and interesting, besides for gore there's nothing too crazy in this its fairly easy to watch and enjoyable if you like horror movies in general.
Yellow Brick Road (Andy Mitton, Jesse Holland) - nothing too crazy going on here, another one that's like a fever dream and also really confusing. Some cool camera work and an interesting concept
Skinamarink (Kyle Edward Ball) - slowburn and mostly just footage of the dark/blank walls, only 2 main characters and you don't really see their faces but it's so chilling and genuinely scared me. Also a very easy watch if you're not into super messed up stuff
Kotoko (Shinya Tsukamoto) - so sad, so so so sad. So much going on thats hard to watch, if you're sensitive to self harm do not watch this. But it's a great film and kept me interested the entire time.
Gozu (Takashi Miike) - this one is weeird and I laughed a few times, some gross scenes but nothing too bad that I remember. Although I don't remember too many details it's been a while since I watch this one.

this is one you might enjoy if you try to understand and like cartoons
its called where the dead go to die i really mean it when i say this one is graphic
despite how depraved it is its one of my favorites

also its an anthology (im only going to explain the plots because its kind of a confusing movie)
story 1 is about a child apart of a abusive household meets a demonic dog named labbie who does some really really AWFUL stuff to his parents infront of him he also makes the kid do something VILE thats about it the weakest story but it does have some merits
second story is so confusing but one of the best the second story is about a serial killer who kills people and injects their body with a sryinge that he uses on himself because it makes him
go trough the memeories and troubled lifes of the people he killed and basically it fucks up his memories and he ends up going out {wont specify what that means as its a spoiler}
the third story is the most vile
its about a kid who has twin brother whos stuck onto his head and his parents blame the son for everything because they vaule his twin way more then they do their own son and he also meets a depraved redneck who gives him a tape of illegal child material he also find his only love the girl was from the video (btw nothing is shown as even this film has boundaries) eveuntally the redneck trys to get the kid to be in a tape with the girl he trys to refuse and eventually he gets a revenge on his family and the others in the house

enjoy also like i said this is movie is really vile {even for a edgelord like me}
i mean it when i say this is disgusting it is NOT for those with a weak stomach
