Voices of the Righteous - @cherriespoet

To be human is not to be a pure and loving creature. The pure bias in our hearts towards how we should act has overtaken us. We say that we're only human when we falter, but humanity is to care for others and be filled with that pure love. We as humans cannot even pinpoint this concept and yet, we use it as an excuse for our wrong in this world. This humanity is non-existent. From the first days of this world, our species has had 'bad eggs' that we considered to be uncommon. Are these bad eggs really uncommon in our world? We started as a single species and branched off into societies, from our tribes, and created what seemed to be communities for humans to grow and thrive.

However, we lived in oblivion and plenty of us continue to choose oblivion over knowledge. What is this oblivion, you ask? Our society has always had bad eggs, and they were never an odd few. Throughout society, for each person, humans are told to protect themselves for people are unpredictable and hateful. How are there plenty of these people in each human's environment, if these bad eggs are uncommon? They are everywhere and have been since the early times, even the prophets of religion had faced tests from all around them. These tests came in the form of humans, and you may claim that God sent harsh people to surround them purposefully but what if this was simply a public service announcement for us? Humans have never matched humanity, our species is prone to inhumane acts and to be human is to make mistakes when humanity doesn't follow through.

God has always told us that worldly affairs are not more important than religion and why? Because our world is run by humans, the other species that exist have no capabilities like the human species has on this planet. We have introduced industrialisation from where there were only plants and animals that we hunted and ate for survival, we created technologies that have unimaginable power of which can even be harmful to us... the only threats to us in tribes were other species and we created such a technological advancement that it can be used against us. What pure humans we are, for harming each other through our own creation of which is taking over our lives. It is a nuisance in our lives that controls us to the point that we can't live without it.

We have built our societies on this technology and our systems cannot work without it. It comes with all these benefits but at what cost? In a world like this, we cannot even remain anonymous and we are being watched in our most comfortable moments. We are being filtered and recorded for the growth of this technological detriment in our lives. The rise of the media is the downfall of performance and mental health. In an age where the rectangle in my hands can help me to overcome my depression, it contributes to rotting what is left to me and increases the likelihood of me losing my capability. Slowly but surely, this gives power to those higher in the media and reinforces capitalism in ways you couldn't have even imagined.

The loss of my academic performance is an attack on my intelligence and pushes me into a constant attempt to revive who I once was. In an ever-growing society of scrolling, I have no choice but to succumb to the pressures of keeping up with the trends that everyone and everything has given into. Businesses thrive through the wonderful internet and so I have no escape from the life that my phone gives me, as I feel my attention span being pulled out of my hands and my fear of missing out has increased by every little detail that I have given it through pure curiosity. What foolish creatures we are to give into something we created and to let it overtake us, when we could easily destroy it in the way it came into this world. We are too attached to let go of what we have built our whole society on from our pure excitement, not realising that we are ruining our future generations. The normalisation of technology is not the only thing pulling our society to bits though, our species has normalised the worst of our world and we live under a growing fear of the people around us.

Everything in our world is normalised beyond normal, and that is not an exaggeration. The pain in our world is overlooked and considered as part of life, when this never occurred at the beginning of time. We grew ourselves into tyrants with every hidden tear of oppression, until there was no one left to speak for the fallen. The young ones are either falling for the trap, or grasping onto ethics and trying to bring us back to life from our trance-like state. They are screaming the truth into a world of lies and although having a huge impact, the governments turn their vulnerability into a weakness with the power that was bestowed upon them. They try to erase the humanities until we become full servants of the powerful and rich. They are not wealthy in virtue but wealthy in connections that could tear us limb from limb and we have to stay quiet in order to keep our rights, otherwise they would be ripped out of our hands in pure daylight with no defence from the humans that defined humanity. Everyone obeys the oppressor for their own life, saving others is not an option in a world where selfishness is the only way to save your life. The government and the corrupt try to tell us that our voices are screaming profanities instead of cries for help and they tape our mouths shut until the younger generation can only hear muffles or remain deaf to our calls for a new world.

The harm of the world all comes down to our naivety at the beginning of the chaos. There is no longer a place of solace in this world, except in the small subcultures that are being quietened for the benefit of the powerful. Humans have become the very thing we hate, the very people we are have become so divided that we are left to fend for ourselves on an entire planet of our species. We are left scrambling for help at the hands of other people, the injustice laughed at or ignored. The invalidation running through our veins causes a deep rage or a depression that can either make or tear our character apart to the point of life and death. The hands of our people are the cause of our suffering. A tear falling from the cheek of a child is something that used to cause us immense pain to look at, it used to change societies for the better and they would re-evaluate what they are doing to care for the children. Now? The governments are telling children to give birth. The pain of a splinter is enough to make a mother feel for her child and nurture it, her heart so pure, so why is our world nurturing the injustice instead of the children and letting it thrive?

Even with our voices echoing in the atmosphere, we have gone back an entire century in rights. We feel no guilt when we look at another human with a mocking look, when this could be their tipping point to take their life. The love in our hearts has disappeared gradually and it has come to a point where even the smallest wrongdoings are not valid anymore. We are told to toughen our hearts, to block our souls, to hold back the tears that cleanse us for the sake of hardening the hearts of a society. What will be left of us humans? In a world where religiosity and spirituality has decreased, people abuse religious freedom and use it to harm the purest hearts with the poison of unfeeling minds. Emotion itself is spiritual, we are blocking not only our potential but our ability to live to the fullest when we push back a tear or feeling for the sake of the cold ones. Why is being religious a sin to the atheist? The judgemental ones give a horrible reputation to the kind souls and the negative stereotype against atheists that they reinforce is just as harmful. Can we not coexist in peace anymore? How can we hate each other this much when we are all the same being?

Feeling, loving, hurting, embracing, all turned to spite and spit. We hurt each other for living, we hurt each other for things we cannot control. Who poisons these extreme minds except for those that create trauma in the young ones, and for the vulnerable genetics that meet the environment? The instability stems from a discomfort, an invalidation, a disrespect, a fear of the unknown, a need for control... and this root is usually caused by a lack of nourishment and care and love. And what do we see in the older generations? A surplus of cold hearts that live by the same rule book of ignoring pain and taking control using violent actions or vulgar language, to oppress for the deadly peace that the younger generations have broken out of. The religious oppression caused the hate for religiosity, and the hate for religiosity makes it a hell for the spiritual souls to thrive. They cannot live in a world where religiosity is associated with pain, and they cannot live in a world where there is pain stemming from every area of life. This world is pain after pain, this species is a cause of pain, we are the founders of pain and the creators of pain and the ones that embrace the power of pain and are the ones that stop or are stopped from the expression of pain.

The normality of death is more fear-inducing than death itself. Death used to strike fear in the hearts, and now people feel nothing at the large numbers on the news. The media has made us so aware of the wrong in the world that we have shut ourselves off from it unintentionally and become desensitised to the pure horror in the eyes of those that have lived it. If we walked between the bodies of those that are gone, at the large numbers that were displayed on the screen, we would never live the same again, we wouldn't be able to function without bursting into tears for the people of our world. There is so much wrong that is hidden from us, or exposed to the point that our chests are empty and our minds are preoccupied with instant pleasures that are in reality, much smaller than the huge problems that we block out. And for those with big hearts, your empathy is a tool to save the world but is the biggest weapon to yourself. Guard your hearts, for they will be toyed with and you will feel the pain deep in your bones when the world becomes much more apparent to us than just figures. Hold on tight to the hope you have, because hope is all we can have in this world that belongs to us. Everything else is at the hands of others, but hope lives in our minds. The manipulation of your hope is the control of your mind, and to be a prisoner in your own mind is the worst situation you can be in.

The powerful have made us believe that the situation of humans in another country is nothing to us, but these are people like us. They left behind paintings, songs, friendships, homes, warm beds, family dinners, school lunches, classrooms, courtyards, luxuries, basic needs, all against their will and were thrown into a living hell. And do not listen to those that tell you it is not your business, because mankind is our business. We do not need to carry the weight of this world on our shoulders, but we should care for those that lived like us and lost their rights to. There is nothing to justify the absolute tyranny that goes on for purely economic gains and revenge, this is not self defence and this is not their right. This is the death of millions of souls, right under our noses, as we spend our time watching things that are rotting us, while they are actually rotting spiritually and physically.

I have no apologies to anyone except the weak-hearted and knowing people. We weren't made for this world and it was never our home. In the eyes of those that have faith in the end, it is never going to be our home when our final resting place awaits for us. Those that make this world their home and reach for the top, lose sight of their end. Every hardship that the pleasure of this world gives, should be a sign that we weren't supposed to bear this. This world is a temporary place for us to think of the place that is reserved for us, when this universe is torn apart by the creator. There is only God that we go back to when our lives are pulled from us, and this world is a place of worship. Everything given to us is provision, even the negative, in the forms of tests. The religious endure little of the worldly pain, and only endure the discomfort of the living hell that we have created as humans. We are not safe in the world that we live in because we are threats to each other, even to the point where we cannot enjoy the night without paranoia, as we assume the worst of our species.

There is a common assumption amongst humans that there are people out there ready to harm us in the dark, and that's our normal? This constant fear of other humans that are out there ready to hurt us, is normal? How are we letting this go on by convincing people, a growing number of them being women, that they didn't go through this and should take back their case? How are we ignoring the cases that are getting to court? How are we blaming the victim for trying to live and then experiencing a trauma caused by another human, that isn't even getting prosecuted for their crime against humanity? We are staying quiet to the point that being loud is a threat to our society, instead of the actual criminal. How are we comfortable with living in a world like this, where we ignore the horror to indulge in temporary pleasure? There has to be a place of peace after this utter chaos we've lived through, a place that fulfils our idea of home. And if not our idea, is a place that lacks pain and is best for our souls.

How can you live for this world and claim this to be your final resting place when it is not a place of rest? Living for the chaos is not going to let your soul thrive, you have to live for spiritual calmness and that can only be found in the true end. For the religious that acknowledge the afterlife, God has made it clear to us that righteousness is not the sin like we are taught to feel in this oppressive place. He is willing to give us the justice that this world didn't because He made this world to see who truly had a good heart, which souls deserved the rest and which souls created the chaos that harmed generation after generation. He would not let us live through the horrors without promising us more peace than we could ever imagine with our limited human minds. He is the most merciful and is trying to give us the most equal chance, to choose our end.

This life is for the worship that will grant us pure peace for the suffering we caused each other, and that is why we should entrust in God and not the people that created this living hell. And for those that indulged in this corrupt world, they get the negativity of this world for however long the Lord sees fit. How can you strive for happiness in a place like this, that won't let you live to the fullest without putting you at risk? Happiness can only truly be found in the remembrance of Him (13:28) and this life is a sugar coated lie. The Lord wants to give us the justice that this world didn't give us, and give it to those that prioritised Him and their end over the misguidance.

God knows all that has wronged us and knows of the true harm us humans have brought upon the world, whether that be individually or in groups. They will never care for us like our creator and yet we neglect Him and our end for a people and place filled with such spite and prone to negatively absurd behaviour. This world will never truly reward our efforts in the way that the creator will nurture us in paradise, with pure bliss, the people we love, sweet rivers of honey and not a single bit of suffering. Returning to the creator guarantees us this paradise instead of an unpredictable high that you could lose anyhow from deceit to changing times. His love never lacks for the righteous, it grows. Your final resting place is waiting for you in the comfort of the Lord. Will you walk towards it or will you back away from the pure goodness that could be reserved for you?

I am not religious, but this is one of the best blog posts I've come across on this platform.

It's quite an endeavor to keep our hearts pure in the world like this. But, I long ago gave up on pretending to be something I am not out of fear. Yes, now, once again, some people take advantage of me or hurt me (bad eggs, as you called them). I will not go down to their level, not because I am not courageous enough, but because I refuse to corrupt my heart.

Very few recognize the mindset I am trying to foster. And finding those people, it was worth the pain I went through. All of them have different religions, nationalities, ages... It has nothing to do with that. They recognize the concept of humanity you described in this post so well. I will share your blog with them.

This life, for better or worse, shall end for all of us. I do not think that's an argument for not trying to improve the situation we are all in right now. On my part, I am trying to improve the lives of people around me with genuine acts of kindness, strangers and friends alike.

I especially have to compliment the parts of this blogpost referring to children and nature. How they are treated right now around the world shows the worst that humanity has to offer.

I am so glad this blog post has found you well and I appreciate you for reading through. These thoughts have been in the back of my mind for a long time as I have not had an adequate way to explain them to someone without being 'dramatic' or something and didn't actually expect anyone to find this post. I am happy that you understand my point of view here. I felt like it was important to mention children and nature because the world overlooks it so much nowadays, even though the younger generation are trying to speak up. Those in higher up positions are definitely ignoring it. Trying to keep my heart pure around such negative people giving into the worst of this world has been hard for me and in a way, I am glad that someone understands this feeling. I admire that you refuse to corrupt your heart, and the world needs more people like you. I am glad that you are willing to share this blog, I have also found it difficult to find people that understand my mindset so I can imagine it must be hard. I think that if we strive to be kind to those around us, that is the best quality we can have and is helping our environment for the better.
